As a Python Django Lead Developer at HTC Global Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and Django framework. You will play a key role in driving the technical direction of projects and ensuring high-quality code delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in designing and developing web applications using Python and Django
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and launch new features. Maintain high code quality and sustainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices. Identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal application performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience as a Python Django developer
Strong knowledge of Django framework and web development
Experience leading a team of developers
